1. Program Overview
This combined fellowship program is designed as an advanced clinical and surgical training pathway focused exclusively on two high-demand subspecialty areas of functional neurosurgery: Epilepsy Surgery and Parkinson’s Disease / Movement Disorders Surgery. The program integrates structured clinical observation, multidisciplinary case evaluation, surgical planning, operating room exposure, postoperative follow-up principles, and academic development under the mentorship of Prof. Dr. Bekir Tuğcu at Başakşehir Çam and Sakura City Hospital.
