The Fellowship Training Program
The Fellowship Program is a specialized training initiative designed for gynecologists at every stage of their career — whether newly graduated and looking to build a strong foundation, or experienced surgeons seeking to integrate laparoscopy and robotic surgery more actively into their practice. Combining theoretical education with hands-on surgical training through Live Surgery and Simulation, the program offers a truly personalized learning experience under the mentorship of Prof. Dr. Fatih Şendağ and the Endo Academy team.
Unlike crowded group courses, every Fellowship is structured as a one-on-one training experience, ensuring that each participant receives the focused attention and tailored guidance needed to achieve meaningful, lasting progress.
